NashCon would happen "when pigs fly," they said last year. The pigs had flown. Great pigs. Efficient pigs. This year too, after too much dirty politics, they were saying it'd happen "when the giraffes swim." For a quick insight, I knew how the pigs and the giraffes speak. Also, I could make them do what I want. I can solve numerous issues, from kidney stones to getting some adult refreshments caught at socials. Maybe that's why I am the Director General. And for convenience, the giraffes have been shifted to Olympic-sized pools. I am not here to display some emotional, warm welcome message to the Delegates and the Organising Committee. In fact, the task has already been delegated to someone else, as this note was taking up some of my time. But what I expect from each individual, be it an Executive Board member, Organising Committee member, Delegate, or anyone else reading this, is just one thing: BE PREPARED. Rest assured, everything has been taken care of. And I'm very sure nobody will notice it until something catches fire. Enough said and done. I actually care less about your number of pages of research than I do about you following the Rules of Procedure. And behind every Rule of Procedure, I have a Standard Operating Procedure. My team abides by it as if it were something sacred. I hope you respect that too. Also, don't let my team down. My team doesn't love low standards, be it a Point of Information or a Crisis Session. I don't think you want to disappoint them because I've trained them to make pigs fly and giraffes swim. Stay Tuned, Stay Nash!
